Our Trainers

Lynn Satow, ACSM CPT

General Manager and Personal Trainer

Lynn Satow brings over 25 years of professional experience in the fitness industry. A 200-hour certified yoga instructor, she has led a wide variety of fitness modalities, including TRX training, Mat Pilates, Zumba, POUND, kickboxing, Spinning, barre, senior strength, and HIIT training. Lynn also developed successful HIIT-based boot camps, leading hundreds of sessions, and has worked one-on-one with clients, utilizing yoga as therapy.

More than 14 years ago, Lynn added personal training to her repertoire and remains an active ACSM-certified Personal Trainer. She has worked in diverse settings, offering group and individual training for clients ranging from teenagers to individuals in their 80s. Lynn enjoys working with a variety of ages and fitness levels, tailoring her approach to meet individual needs. She is adept at offering modifications to help clients progress and achieve their goals. Don’t be surprised if you see her incorporating yoga stretches between strength sets!

In her spare time, Lynn enjoys hiking, running, traveling, cooking, and, most importantly, spending time with her family.

Allan Cater, ISSA CPT

Trainer

Allan Cater is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In addition to his certifications, Allan is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Specializing in enhancing both physical strength and mental resilience, Allan empowers clients to achieve their nutritional goals without sacrificing the foods they love. His diverse experiences as an athlete and soldier, combined with ongoing education, enable him to design personalized programs tailored to each client’s unique preferences and lifestyle.

Allan spent nearly 10 years in the Army, where he helped fellow soldiers achieve their physical fitness goals. He continuously pursues new and exciting challenges, including practicing various martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as competing in Powerlifting and Strongman competitions.

Dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, Allan believes that everyone deserves to feel unstoppable.

Allen Cater

Myles Robinson, NASM CPT

Trainer

Myles is a NASM-certified personal trainer with three years of experience and a first-year certified strength and conditioning coach. He specializes in athletic-based movements, Olympic-level lifting, functional movement training, and rehabilitation.

With a background as a high school multi-sport coach, Myles brings the same passion and enthusiasm to his client training sessions, helping clients optimize their physical potential and achieve their goals and performance levels.

Maria is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutritionist passionate about empowering others to achieve wellness. With a deep belief in the transformative power of movement, she helps clients of all levels unlock their potential, build confidence, and reach their fitness goals. Maria creates a supportive and motivating environment where everyone can discover their inner strength and thrive.

In addition to her personal training credentials, Maria also holds an ISSA Nutritionist certification, enabling her to help clients achieve their nutritional goals. Her powerful personal transformation over the past several years serves as an inspiring testament to her dedication and expertise.
