His diverse experiences as an athlete and soldier, combined with ongoing education, enable him to design personalized programs tailored to each client’s unique preferences and lifestyle.

Allan spent nearly 10 years in the Army, where he helped fellow soldiers achieve their physical fitness goals. He continuously pursues new and exciting challenges, including practicing various martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as competing in Powerlifting and Strongman competitions.
